Maintenance
We believe that for a yacht to perform well during the summer, it must be maintained throughout the year. Therefore, we have specialized in scheduled maintenance with specific maintenance plans for each vessel, taking into account the individual needs.

Travel Agency
BALENO Travel Agency is part of the SIRIUS Group and operates worldwide. Air bookings, hotel reservations, and transportation of all kinds anywhere in the world are part of the service offered 24/7, 365 days a year.
Administration
In addition to having direct relationships with various flag administrations, we also have priority channels with classification societies (RiNa, ABS, LR, DNV-GL). Therefore, visits for safety annotations or occasional events such as engine changes or breakdowns are part of our routine activities.
Crew
Sirius was originally established as a company specializing in the selection, recruitment, and management of seafaring personnel. Today, it employs over 7,000 seafarers from not only Italy but also from countries such as India, the Philippines, Romania, Russia, Croatia, Ukraine, Ireland, Morocco, and Egypt. We thus have easy access to priority recruitment channels. Additionally, we are experts in the administrative management of seafarers, handling everything from contracts and payroll processing to bespoke insurance policies and pension issues, in compliance with current regulations.
Thanks to a strong partnership with an Italian training school, seafaring personnel can access mandatory (safety) and optional (radar, etc.) training courses at prices that are extremely competitive compared to the market.
Administrative Management
Some shipowners ask us to manage their yacht from an administrative perspective, ensuring they can control expenses at the end of the year without any surprises. Reporting activities for cost monitoring and budget verification are part of this service.

Current regulations increasingly lean towards sometimes excessive proceduralization; we have developed a simple system of procedures for your crew to ensure that every operation is carried out with maximum safety.
For example, if the latest decree on the medical kit for yachts (Table A) requires a specific model for the loading/unloading of medicines, Sirius provides its clients with a simplified version of this model.
